Full on Plan - T&C


  1. The Full on Plan (the “Validity Pack”) is being brought to you by Reliance Communications International Inc (RCII) and is available to the customers of Reliance Global Call service (the "Service") who reside in United States of America. The details of the Validity Pack and eligibility criteria are more particularly described hereinafter.
  2. The Validity Pack offer shall be valid till 31 Mar 2020 12:00 Hrs GMT.
  3. The term ‘Full on Plan’ as used in these terms and conditions, is only to signify the purpose and availments associated to the Prepaid Customers.
  4. The Full on Plan is available with Prepaid option only.
  5. Availability of the Full on Plan: The Full on Plan will be available to all the Customers of the Service as defined hereinafter:
    1. Existing Customers of the Service: The Existing Customers of the Service means - the prepaid customers and the postpaid customers for the Service (the “Existing Customers”).
    2. New Customers of the Service: The New Customers of the Service means the prepaid customers who register for the Service during the Validity Pack period (the “New Prepaid Customers”).
    3. The Existing Validity Pack Customers and the New Validity Pack Customers are collectively referred to as the “Validity Pack Customers”.
  6. Existing Prepaid Customers and New Prepaid Customers of both the Usage Plan i.e. Simply Reliance Plan (SRP) and General Plan (GP) can opt for the Validity Pack by recharging their account with Full on Plan denomination of USD 15.99.
  7. Subscribing for the Validity Pack:
    1. Prepaid Customers: Existing Prepaid Customers and New Prepaid Customers of both the Usage Plan i.e. Simply Reliance Plan and General Plan can subscribe for the Validity Pack by opting for Full On Plan and recharge at USD 15.99.
  8. Details of the Validity Pack: The details of the Validity Pack are as below:

    3. Promotional Talk Time: RCII will provide to the Validity Pack Customers one time additional Talk time of 30 minutes on Registration/Opt in for the Validity Pack. The Equivalent Value of the additional Talk time of 30 minutes is USD 0.24, which is calculated based on the Rate for calling to India from United States of America using Toll Access from Validity Pack i.e. 0.80 ¢ per minute prevailing at the time of launch of the Validity Pack. The Equivalent Value of the talk time will vary if the call is made to any other destination.
    4. Maximum Usage Policy: The Validity Pack shall be governed by the Maximum Usage Policy of 2,000 minutes per Validity Pack. The Validity Pack Customer’s shall be allowed to use the Validity Pack either (i) till the 2,000 minutes has been consumed by the Validity Pack Customer’s or (ii) the validity of the Validity Pack has reached, whichever is earlier. Maximum of 2 Auto Recharges per month will be allowed for Value Plan.   Thereafter customer can make calls from Simply Reliance Plan.
    5. Fair Usage Policy
      • At Reliance Global Call, we strive to provide our customers with the best calling plans, known as 'subscriptions', at the lowest possible price. This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our subscriptions, as has been reported and investigated to be, carried out by a small number of users. The number of international calling minutes using Reliance Global Call is capped at 3 hours (180 Minutes) of calling per day for Full On Plan. Reliance Global Call subscriptions are for individual use only (personal or business communications, non commercial) in accordance with our Terms of Use and this FUP ("Legitimate Use"). The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would not be considered as Legitimate Use:
        1. Using subscriptions for telemarketing or call centre operations;
        2. Re-selling subscription minutes;
        3. Sharing subscriptions between users whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means;
        4. Calling numbers (whether singly, sequentially or automatically) to generate income for yourself or others as a result of merely placing the call, other than for your individual business communications (and subject to of the Terms of Use); and
        5. Unusual calling patterns inconsistent with normal, individual subscription use, for example, regular calls of short duration or calls to multiple numbers in a short period of time.
        Other practices may be relevant in determining Legitimate Use and Reliance Global Call reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal or unusual activity into account while reaching into a conclusion. Reliance Global Call may, at its sole discretion, terminate its relationship with you, or may suspend your subscription immediately if it has reason enough to determine that you are using your subscription contrary to this FUP or Reliance Global Call Terms of Use. Where reasonable and to the best of our efforts, Reliance Global Call will strive to provide you with a notice of improper usage before suspension or termination of your subscription and, if appropriate, Reliance Global Call or Service may offer you an alternative subscription.
      • Reliance Global Call reserves the right to withdraw or change the subscriptions at any given point of time. If Reliance Global Call changes the Products included in your subscription, Reliance Global Call will notify you by email stating the changes and their effective date. If at any time, you do not agree with these terms, or the inclusion of the Fair Usage Policy, then you must immediately stop using the RGC Services, with appropriate notice. Your continuous use of the RGC Services after such amendment of these terms and inclusion of the FUP will constitute your acceptance of these new terms of use.
      • You cannot opt for this pack more than two times in month.
    6. Validity: The Validity Pack shall have the validity of 30 days from the date of registration/opt in/Auto Renewal (including the date of registration/opt in/Auto Renewal). The validity will be calculated on 24 hrs basis.
    7. Unutilized Balance at the end of validity: The unutilized talk time value at the end of expiry of the validity of each Validity Pack shall be automatically forfeited.
    8. Auto Recharge Functionality: Auto Recharge functionality shall be mandatory for the Validity Pack Customers. The RCII will obtain and the Validity Pack Customers shall provide the required consent to RCII in order to authorize RCII to charge the Validity Pack amount to the Validity Pack Customer’s credit, debit or charge card number the Validity Pack Customer provided at the time of registering for the Validity Pack.
    9. Auto Renewal: The Validity Pack shall be renewed automatically earlier of consumption of the 2,000 minutes or reaching the validity of the Validity Pack. The Validity Pack Customers acknowledge and agree that in the event of Auto Renewal, RCII shall charge USD 15.99 to the credit, debit or charge card number you used while subscribing for the Validity Pack or updated the same subsequently. Maximum of 2 Auto Recharges per month will be allowed for Full on Plan.   Thereafter customer can make calls from Simply Reliance Plan.
    10. Available balance on balance and recharge page: The available balance in the Validity Pack will be shown on the balance and recharge page in the minutes only.
  9. The Reliance Global Call Customers and the Validity Pack Customers shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Reliance Global Call Customer Service Agreement (CSA) as amended from time to time, which the Reliance Global Call Customer and the Validity Pack Customers will agree or has agreed to, at the time of registering for the Service.
  10. In addition to the terms and conditions of CSA, the New Validity Pack Customers shall be bound by below terms and conditions of Full on Plan.
    1. Simply Reliance Plan (SRP): New Validity Pack Customers shall have by default Simply Reliance Plan activated.
    2. ROW Calling: ROW calling i.e. calling to countries other than 4 countries including India for new Validity Pack Customers shall be restricted. In order to make ROW Calls, he needs to recharge account with any standard denomination (except Full on Plan Denomination). Talk time of such recharge will be credited in Customer’s SRP account and depleted from SRP account based on their usage.
  11.   In addition to the terms and conditions of CSA, the Existing Validity Pack Customers shall be bound by below terms and conditions of Full on Plan.
    1. ROW Calling: ROW calling i.e. calling to countries other than 4 countries including India for the Existing Validity Pack Customers shall be allowed. In order to make ROW Calls, he needs to recharge account with any standard denomination (except Full on Plan Denomination). Talk time of such recharge will be credited in Customer’s General Plan account or SRP account and depleted from there based on their usage.
  12. No balance transfer shall be allowed for the Existing Validity Pack Customer’s.
  13. Call charges to remaining countries i.e. calls made to other than 4 countries including India will remain same as provided in the Reliance Global Call website. This can be viewed at https://www.relianceglobalcall.com/call-rates.aspx.
  14. The Reliance Global Call Customers shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Reliance Global Call Customer Service Agreement (CSA) as amended from time to time, which the Prepaid Customers will agree or has agreed to, at the time of registering for the Service.
  15. The completion of the call depends upon various things including but not limited to Network Availability, Third Party Network, Network of the Local Service Provider from where the call is initiated, Network of the Service Provider where the call is terminated, Network Availability at the place of calling party and/or Network availability at the place of call receiving party, and so on. Under no circumstances shall RCII be held liable for any failure or disruption or disconnection (including early disconnection, pre matured disconnection) of the call, call drop, call not matured, call could not be connected, unable to call the desired destination number, interrupted voice quality, completeness of the call etc. The Prepaid Customers hereby agree to indemnify and save RCII, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), which may arise directly or indirectly (i) from the use of a Additional Talk Time, (ii) from the breach of any of the obligations, the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any warranties and representations made to RCII, by the Customers, (iii) as a result of any claims asserted by third parties relating to the Validity Pack. RCII reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the Customers, in which event the Customers shall cooperate with RCII, in asserting any available defenses.
  16. Limitation of Liability:
    RCII shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise or any other damages resulting from any of the following:
    • the use or the inability to use the Service;
    • any defect in the Validity Pack/Service;
    • any breach of the terms and conditions hereof.
  17. The liability of RCII in no cases shall be more than the amount of Registration/Recharge paid by the Prepaid Customers towards the Services.
  18. All incidental costs, taxes and levies related to the Validity Pack shall be borne by the Prepaid Customers.
  19. In order to subscribe for the Validity Pack, the Validity Pack Customers must comply with such additional requirements as may be required by RCII. 
  20. RCII reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Validity Pack at its sole discretion as may be required by business requirements or governmental authorities and all such changes shall be binding on the Prepaid Customers without any prior communication / notice.
  21. The Validity Pack is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. No substitution or refund nor exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or any other benefit except what is provided as Validity Pack shall be provided under any circumstances. The Validity Pack once subscribed i.e. the Registration/Opt in is done; the same cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. This Validity cannot be requested / combined with any other Pack/Plan made by RCII
  22. The claim/complaint/dispute regarding the Validity should be made within 15 days of Registration/Opt in. No claim/complaint/dispute will be accepted and entertained in connection with the Validity Pack after 15 days of Registration/Opt in and RCII shall not be held responsible for non-acceptance of the claim/complaint/dispute.
  23. Once the Registration/Opt in is done for the Validity Pack, the amount of Registration/Opt in is not refundable and shall not be refunded under any circumstances and the Validity Pack Customers should not initiate any chargeback for the amount of Registration/Opt in, in case the same is done all the charges related to the chargeback will be borne exclusively by the Validity Pack Customers.
  24. The decision of RCII in regard to the Validity Pack shall be final and binding and is non-contestable.
  25. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
