The Full on Plan is most cost effective international call plan which lets you call India, Canada, China, UK and Vatican City for just $15.99 a month which is less than 1 ¢/min.

The plan offers you the following benefits:

For New Users

  1. Register here.
  2. Select the Full On Plan from the drop down menu options given on Sign-up page.
  3. Upon successful registration, you will receive User ID via SMS to your registered mobile no and email notification to your registered email id. Please ensure you provide genuine mobile number and email id.
  4. Please remember to use Toll Access Numbers to get full benefit of 2000 mins. If you use Toll Free access number, you will get only 533 minutes of calling under this plan.

 

Existing Reliance Global Call Users

  1. You can opt into the “Full On Plan” calling plan by logging into your Reliance Global Call.
  2. OR

  3. Call our Customer Care @18886735426 (between 1200 Hrs GMT to 0600 Hrs GMT) to register for this plan.

 

Note:
  • Registration with auto generated number is not permitted.
  • The plan expires once the validity is over or the talk time is exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.
  • Activating auto recharge is mandatory for availing the plan.
  • If no usage for 6 months, system will automatically opt out of this plan and no further money will be charged to your credit or debit card.

No refund is allowed, you will have to exhaust the full plan value however you can opt out of the plan anytime.

As per current policy, user can renew this plan twice per month. Only 2 auto recharges per month is allowed. Once Full on Plan balance is exhausted, user can still make calls provided s/he has account balance in base plan, minutes will be decrement from base plan and rates as per base plan tariff will be applicable.

180 minutes of calling is allowed per day. Call capping is subject to change without any notice.

No. The Full on Plan is enabled with the Auto recharge feature. You don't have to renew the plan or add credit every month since auto recharge is mandatory with this plan. Your plan balance will be recharged with $15.99 automatically when one of the following occurs:

  • Validity of the plan expires.
  • OR

  • If the talk time is exhausted.

Yes, you will receive confirmation e-mail on the following instances:

  • When you Opt-in for this plan.
  • On successful auto recharge/renewal transaction.
  • Failure of auto recharge/renewal transaction.
  • When you opt-out of this plan.
  • In case we decide to discontinue this calling plan.

Registration with auto generated number is not permitted. You can register with any of the following:

  • Personal Landline.
  • Office Phone Number.
  • Mobile Phone Number.

Yes, you can opt out of this plan any time. However you will still be able to use the available balance till the validity of the plan expires.

If you are an existing user who opts out of the Full on Plan, you will fall back to your current base plan (General Plan OR Simply Reliance Plan).

If you signed up with the Full on Plan, the Simply Reliance Plan will be activated by default.

***Please note that unused talk-time will be forfeited post expiry date of the plan and no refund would be processed. ***

Calls made to destinations other than India + 4 counties* will be charged as per the standard base tariff.Click here to know more about our rates to call rest of the world.

To make calls to destinations other than India plus 4 countries*, please recharge your account with any denomination other than the Full on Plan value. This amount will be credited to the Base tariff/ Simply Reliance Plan (SRP) in your account.

If you are a new customer and have opted for this plan, the amount will be credited to base tariff/ SRP. If you are an existing customer, the amount will be credited to your existing base plan - either Simply Reliance Plan or General Plan. The balance in your base plan has 365 days validity.
