Reliance Global Call App is free to download. To download the App, open Google Play store and search for Reliance Global Call App. Register with Reliance Global Call App using our Trial Offer to experience the quality of service that we offer.

You can recharge your account from the Add Credit option available in the Menu. Follow the simple instruction on your screen and use your credit card to make payments. Post successful payment the credit amount will appear in your balance within 30 mins.

Reliance Global Call App uses your phone’s contact list. You can add new contacts to your phone’s contact list and they will sync automatically with RGC App or you can add new contacts within the application also. Please ensure that contacts are saved with appropriate country codes before dialing from contacts.

Yes, you can upload your profile picture from the My Profile section in Settings. Click on the profile picture icon and use the option to upload image from the phone gallery or use the option to click picture from your phone camera

This profile picture will get synced with your RGC Contacts once they log-in next time.

You can invite friends and family to Reliance Global Call App via SMS, email or by sharing invitation on your social networking profile (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) too and enjoy free calling with friends and family. 1. You can make calls to international numbers from the Reliance Global Call Application by dialing international numbers with proper country code on dial pad screen of the application.
2. You can also make calls to saved Contacts from the Contact list of the App.
3. For RGC contacts you also have an option to make free Audio and Video calls.

The Contacts that appear in the “R” tab of the Contact page are your RGC Contacts.

Free Calls: RGC contacts will have a Green button which will enable you to make free app to app calls. Also you will have option to chat with your RGC contacts and make video calls as well.

Paid Calls: All non RGC contacts or offline RGC contacts will have a Red button. Tap this button to make paid calls to these users.

You can anytime disable internet calling from Call settings option in the app and route all your calls via Access numbers. Call settings option will also allow you to toggle between Toll Free and Toll Access numbers depending on the availability of numbers in your country.

This option is currently available in limited countries. To know the list of countries, click here.

**Local calling charges may be applicable for dialing local toll access number. Please check with your local service provider.

Yes. The app can be used for making international calls on roaming too only if data connectivity is available. There are no additional charges for calls made when roaming.

No. You will have to logout from the application and login using the new PIN. Unless you do this your calls will fail.

Yes. Your current account balance is visible on the Reliance Global Call App. It is available on top of your screen and also on the dial pad.

Our ‘Report an Issue’ feature is a handy option if you face any issue while using the app. In the Settings option of the app, tap the ‘Help’ tab and click ‘Report an Issue’ on the new window that opens. Briefly inform us of your issue and we will get in touch with you immediately.
