1.WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES RGC COLLECT FROM ITS CUSTOMERS

RGC gathers and use information about you, including (but not limited to) information in the following categories:

  • Identification data (e.g.name, username, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address);
  • Profile information (e.g. age, gender, image, testimonial, country of residence, language preference and any information that you choose to make available to others as part of your RGC user profile.
  • Electronic identification data (e.g. IP addresses, cookies);
  • Payment related information;
  • Information about your usage of and interaction with RGC software, products, and websites (including computer, platform, hand-held device and connection information, client performance information, error reports, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, traffic to and from our websites, browser type and RGC Wi-Fi enabled hotspot detection and usage statistics;
  • Products or services ordered, subscribed, availed and delivered;
  • The URL of videos that you have selected to appear in your status message;
  • List of your contacts and related data (we will give you a choice as to whether you want RGC to use contact lists from other services/ sources to populate your contacts in RGC account;
  • Your username and password for other email accounts where you have provided this to us and requested us to search for your friends (please note that RGC does not retain this information after completing the search or use it for any other purpose);
  • Correspondence between you and RGC;
  • Usage data (data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of communications or the billing thereof, including, but not limited to, the duration, time and charge of the call, the number calling from and the number called to and other related data processed by RGC or provided by you in connection with our provision of services to you.
  • Content of instant messaging communications, chat and social network interaction.
  • Location information, derived from your mobile carrier or from the mobile device that you use. Your location is displayed and shared with other RGC users only in accordance with your privacy settings. You also may create location information by "geo-tagging" your submitted content with location information. Please manage your privacy settings for location information carefully;
  • Mobile device information, such as manufacturer’s name, device model number, operating system, carrier network;
  • Access tokens for other accounts you associate with your RGC account (such as Facebook), which are like an electronic key provided by the service that acts in place of a password for authentication.
  • When you use our various Services you voluntarily give us personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number and, when necessary, billing information) and you are not anonymous to us. That means your name and photo (if you choose to provide them) will be visible to other RGC users. When you install the RGC App, you’ll also be asked to allow us access to your mobile device’s address book. A copy of the phone numbers and names of all your contacts (whether they’re RGC members or not) will be collected and stored on our servers in order for us to be able to enable you and your contacts to connect.

2.HOW DOES RGC USE THIS INFORMATION AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

  • Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. RGC collects and uses personal, usage data and billing data for business purposes in order: that you may download product information, order products and take advantage of certain other features of our website

However, we may share your information with companies within RGC group or other which is under direct or indirect control of RGC and in the event that we undergo re-organization or are sold to a third party, you agree that Your Information may be transferred to that re-organized entity or third party for the purposes and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
  • With your consent, we may share your personal, usage details and billing data with our affiliates for direct marketing purposes. Your usage details and billing data will be processed for direct marketing purposes for a maximum of five (5) years from the date of your consent.

  • Any RGC user who has your contact in his or her hand–held device shall be reflected with your contact information.
  • Further we partner with email and instant messaging, social network service providers to help their users identify which of their contacts are also RGC users so that we can promote RGC to those users.

3.HOW DOES RGC PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

RGC will take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data and traffic data provided to it or collected by it with due observance of the applicable obligations and exceptions under the relevant legislation. RGC does not and cannot control how the provider of Applications may use any personal information connected in connection with such Applications. Please ensure that you review any privacy policies or other terms applicable to the use of such Application before installation. We can make no promises or guarantees regarding data collection on the hyper-linked pages and on websites that are not owned by RGC. 8.PERSONAL DATA OF FRIENDS

You can invite your contacts who are not registered as RGC user to register for the same. If you invite a person to join RGC, we will collect and store the information associated with such invitations (like name and email addresses) and use such information provided, to contact that person. We will send that person a message on your behalf using your name, email address and/or Phone Number in such invitation. We will also remind that person that he or she has been invited to join RGC by you. All such invitees shall have an option to accept or reject the same. Further all the invitees will be given an option not to receive further invitations from RGC.

9.CONTACTING YOU

RGC may from time to time ask you to provide information on your experiences with RGC which may be used to measure and improve quality of our services. You are at no time under any obligation to provide any of such data. Any and all information which is voluntarily submitted in feedback forms on the website or any survey that you take part in is used for the purposes of reviewing this feedback and improving the RGC software, and RGC and other RGC products and websites.

RGC may contact you to send you messages about validation of the mobile number after signup and before use of service, faults and service issues. Further, RGC reserves the right to use email, the RGC software or SMS to notify you of any eventual claims related to your use of RGC software, the RGC websites and/or RGC products, including without limitation claims of violation of third party rights.

RGC may also use email, SMS or the RGC software to keep you up to date with news about the RGC software and RGC products that you have purchased and/or to inform you about other RGC products or other RGC related information. You can opt-out of the receipt of alerts and/or promotional (a) emails by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the email that you receive or by changing your notification settings on your account; and (b) calling our customer care number on 1-888-673-5426.
