If you are an existing customer of Reliance Global Call and do not need the IVR to guide you with making the call; you can skip any of the announcements or instructions by keying in any number between 1 and 9
Enter "0" after you are prompted for the destination number. This automatically redials the last dialed phone number.
Use the " * " key to erase your last dialed digit.
For E.g. If you dialed 457 instead of 46, all you have to do is dial " * * " and 6.
Use the " * # " keys to erase the entire dialed numbers (PIN, Destination number or Easy Dial code). You can then re-enter the number or use the Express dial or Easy dial features to make your call.
E.g. If you dialed 007 instead of 700, all you have to do is dial " *# " and then dial 700
Please note that while using Toll Access number *# feature will not be available.
