Maximum Usage Policy

The General Plan/Simply Reliance Plan is be governed by the Maximum Usage Policy of $40 per day and $ 200 per month. The General Plan/Simply Reliance Plan Customer's shall be allowed to use till $ 40 value of minutes per day and $ 200 value of minutes per month has been consumed by the Customer. Maximum of 3 Recharges (Auto recharge and-or manual recharge) per day will be allowed for Simply Reliance Plan.

Fair Usage Policy
  • At Reliance Global Call, we strive to provide our customers with the best calling plans, known as 'subscriptions', at the lowest possible price. This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our subscriptions, as has been reported and investigated to be, carried out by a small number of users. The total international calling minutes using Reliance Global Call is capped at $40 value of minutes of calling per day and $ 200 value of minutes per month to be utilized by the Customer for General Plan/Simply Reliance Plan. Reliance Global Call subscriptions are for individual use only (personal or business communications, non commercial) in accordance with our Terms of Use and this FUP ("Legitimate Use"). The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would not be considered as Legitimate Use:
    • Using subscriptions for telemarketing or call centre operations;
    • Re-selling subscription minutes;
    • Sharing subscriptions between users whether via PBX, call centre, computer or any other means;
    • Calling numbers (whether singly, sequentially or automatically) to generate income for yourself or others as a result of merely placing the call, other than for your individual business communications (and subject to of the Terms of Use); and
    • Unusual calling patterns inconsistent with normal, individual subscription use, for example, regular calls of short duration or calls to multiple numbers in a short period of time.
  • Other practices may be relevant in determining Legitimate Use and Reliance Global Call reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal or unusual activity into account while reaching into a conclusion. Reliance Global Call may, at its sole discretion, terminate its relationship with you, or may suspend your subscription immediately if it has reason enough to determine that you are using your subscription contrary to this FUP or Reliance Global Call Terms of Use. Where reasonable and to the best of our efforts, Reliance Global Call will strive to provide you with a notice of improper usage before suspension or termination of your subscription and, if appropriate, Reliance Global Call or Service may offer you an alternative subscription.
  • Reliance Global Call reserves the right to withdraw or change the subscriptions at any given point of time. If Reliance Global Call changes the Products included in your subscription, Reliance Global Call will notify you by email stating the changes and their effective date. If at any time, you do not agree with these terms, or the inclusion of the Fair Usage Policy, then you must immediately stop using the RGC Services, with appropriate notice. Your continuous use of the RGC Services after such amendment of these terms and inclusion of the FUP will constitute your acceptance of these new terms of use.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Reliance Global Call, its affiliates and any of its and their directors, employees, advisors, suppliers, advertisers, agents or sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your violation of the undertaking, representation and covenants mentioned above; and/or (iii) your activities in connection with this Website.

Miscellaneous

In the event of any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from these terms and conditions, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Reliance Global Call's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms.

USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SOFTWARE AND RELIANCE GLOBAL CALL WEBSITES

  • In order to use the Product(s), you need to register yourself with the Service.
  • In order to use the Service and any additional services offered, you must obtain adequate access to the Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and will be responsible for all charges relating to such access. (as described in paragraph) You will also need to provide all equipment necessary to make such connection and/or enable Reliance Global Call (VoIP) calling, including hand-held devices, any modems or router and any microphone, headset/handsets, . Any , hand-held devices will also need to be installed with the appropriate operating system to support the Software.
  • The Reliance Global Call Communications Software may use the processing capabilities, memory and bandwidth of the , hand-held devices you are using, for the limited purpose of facilitating the communication and establishing the connection between Reliance Global Call Communications Software users. If your use of the Reliance Global Call Communications Software is dependent upon the use of a processor and bandwidth owned or controlled by a third party, you acknowledge and agree that your license to use the Reliance Global Call Communications Software is subject to you obtaining consent from the relevant third party for such use. You represent and warrant that by accepting these Terms, you have obtained such consent
  • Reliance Global Call may automatically check your version of the Reliance Global Call Software. You may be required to enter into an updated version of these Terms to be able to download or otherwise take advantage of any Updates. Reliance Global Call has no obligation to make available any Updates. However, Reliance Global Call may (a) require you to download and install Updates; or (b) download and install Updates from Reliance Global Call automatically from time to time unless you have chosen (through your Reliance Global Call Application settings) not to receive automatic Updates. These updates are required to maintain software compatibility, provide security updates or bug fixes, or offer new features, functionality or versions. You agree to receive such updates from Reliance Global Call in order to continue using the Reliance Global Call Software and you agree to accept such Updates subject to these Terms.
  • From time to time, "Company Name" may need to perform maintenance on or upgrade the Software, Products/ Service or Reliance Global Call Website or the infrastructure that enables you to use the Software, Products or Reliance Global Call Website. This may require Reliance Global Call to temporarily suspend or limit your use of some or all of the Software, Products or Reliance Global Call Website until such time as this maintenance and/or upgrade can be completed. To the extent possible Reliance Global Call will publish on Reliance Global Call website the time and date of such maintenance and /or upgrade on the Website in advance. However, publishing such notification shall not be obligatory. You will not be entitled to claim damages for such suspension or limitation of the use of any Software, Product or Reliance Global Call Website.
  • Neither the Products nor the Software are intended to support or carry emergency calls or 911 calls to any type of agencies, units or any other kind of services that connect a user to emergency services personnel or public safety answering points ('Emergency Services'). Neither Reliance Global Call, nor its Directors, employees, agents, affiliates or network service suppliers, shall be liable for the unavailability of the Services regarding emergency or 911 calls; and you hereby waive to the maximum extent permitted by any applicable law and all such claims or causes of action, arising from or relating to use of the Service to access any emergency service. There are important differences between traditional telephone services and the Products provided by the Reliance Global Call. You acknowledge and agree that:
    • the Software/Service and the Products are not a replacement for your primary telephone service.
    • Service is not required to offer access to Emergency Services or 911 services under any applicable local and/or national rules, regulations or law;
    • it is your responsibility to purchase, separately from the traditional wireless (mobile) or fixed line telephone services that offer access to Emergency Services,
  • Reliance Global Call is not the source of, does not verify or endorse and takes no responsibility for the content of communications made using the Software. By using the Software, you agree that any content that you submit may be transmitted to the recipient of your communication. The content of communications is entirely the responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You, therefore, may be exposed to content that is offensive, unlawful, harmful to minors, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable. The content of communications may be protected by Intellectual Property Rights, which are owned by us or third parties. You are responsible for the content you choose to communicate and access using the Software. In particular, you are responsible for ensuring that you do not submit material that is
    • copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner
    • a falsehood or misrepresentation
    • offensive, unlawful, harmful to minors, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law, or is otherwise objectionable;

Reliance Global Call may in its sole discretion block, prevent delivery of or otherwise remove the content of communications as part of its effort to protect the Software, Products or its customers, or otherwise enforce these Terms.
    Further, Reliance Global Call may in its sole discretion remove such content and/or terminate these Terms and your User Account if you use any content that is in breach of these Terms.
  • If Reliance Global Call receives any notification that any material that you post, upload, edit, host, share and/or publish on the Website or through the Software (excluding your private communications)("User Submission") is inappropriate, infringes any rights of any third party, or if Reliance Global Call wishes to remove your User Submission for any reason whatsoever, Reliance Global Call reserves the right to automatically remove such User Submission for any reason immediately or within such other timescales as may be decided from time to time by Reliance Global Call in its sole discretion. The User Submission shall be taken down without any admission as to liability and without prejudice to any rights, remedies or defenses, all of which are expressly reserved.
  • You acknowledge and agree that Reliance Global Call is under no obligation to put back such User Submission at any time. A number of factors may impact the quality of your communications and use of the Software, Products (depending on the Products used) or Reliance Global Call Websites, and may result in the failure of your communications including but not limited to: your local network, firewall, your Reliance Global Call service provider, the public Reliance Global Call, the public switched telephone network and your power supply. Reliance Global Call takes no responsibility for any disruption, interruption or delay caused by any failure of or inadequacy in any of these items or any other items over which we have no control.
  • Reliance Global Call is constantly improving the Software and Service and may also need to change technical features from time to time in order to comply with applicable regulations to provide you the best service. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that the Service and functionality of the Software may vary from time to time. Technical requirements for use of Service and Software and feature descriptions are available on the Website. If you do not agree with any changes to Software and Products you may terminate your relationship with Reliance Global Call. You may need to upgrade to a new version in order to enjoy the full benefits of certain Products. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that certain Products may be subject to usage limits or geographical restrictions, which may vary from time to time and place to place. Please check the Website for details of the most up-to-date usage restrictions that apply to the Products that you are using.
