Above rates are for mobile originated calls. You will be charged additional Rs.1/min for landline originated calls

Tax amount is excluding to the Pack Value

Option 1

New User – Sign up on our website www.relianceglobalcall.com

Select the "ASIA pack" from the drop down on registration page and enter details to register.

Upon successful registration you will receive login credentials on our confirmation page. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Please use Toll Access Numbers to avail benefit of lower calling rates.

Option 2

Existing Reliance Global Call User – Avail "ASIA pack" from 'My account' on the website.

The Pack expires once the validity is over or the talk time value is exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.

Re-Optin the Asia Pack once the validity is over or the talk time value is exhausted to enjoy the benefit of low Internal Calls.

Yes, renew the pack or add credit every month exhausted to enjoy the benefit of low Internal Calls.

Your pack will be disabled automatically when one of the following occurs first:

• Validity of the pack expires. OR
• Talk time of this pack is exhausted.

Yes, you will receive confirmation on Registered email ID once you are nearing to the validity of the pack or nearing to consumption of the talk time minutes.

***Please note that unused talk-time will be forfeited on the expiry date of the Pack ***

To make calls to destinations other than ASIA pack countries*, please recharge your account with any denomination other than that of the pack value. This amount will be credited to General /base Plan

In case, of new customers who have opted for this Pack, the recharge amount will be credited will be to General /base Plan. Call Rates will be applicable for rest of the world calling.

For existing customers, the amount will be credited to their existing plan - General Plan/ base Plan. Please note this balance has unlimited validity with no forfeiting.
